This  Course provides a comprehensive overview of financial operations within healthcare institutions, focusing on the setup and control of funds, handling of receipt and payment vouchers, posting transactions to the general ledger, and managing cashier activities. Participants will learn how to define fund parameters, process cash collections, dispatch teller transactions, close cashier deficits, and manage credit card and network deposits. The course also covers automated bank batch exports and integrates financial accountability through voucher tracking and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and secure daily cash box closures and financial reporting.
